Day 503 Too Young, Too Old

Check this cool link, "Too Young, Too Old."

A specific memory comes up within me upon listening to the recording Too Young, Too Old.

I remember having been early into my tree planting career and having the thoughts that I can carry a lot of weight using my back and shoulder muscles because I am young and therefore I don't have to worry about trying to carry more weight with my legs.

The point I'm getting at here, is that typically older people who would be tree planting, and even many younger people wouldn't carry so much weight on there backs and shoulders.

I justified that carrying a heavy amount would motivate me to plant faster....because I would want to drop the weight as quick as possible.

I ignored the point that peoples leg muscles are generally stronger than there back and shoulder muscles.

I was stubborn and I just wanted to do it my way, believing that I'm young and my body can handle it.

I forgive myself for accepting and allowing myself to ignore the suggestions of older people within the starting point of believing that I am not like them and I'll be the exception to the rule.

I forgive myself for accepting and allowing myself for recognizing that older people  use to be just like me.

I forgive myself for accepting and allowing myself for believing my body to be more special than older people's bodies were when they were younger.

I forgive myself for accepting and allowing myself for thinking that it's OK to deliberately work my body extra hard when I am young because I am young.

I forgive myself for accepting and allowing myself for thinking that my body can handle whatever.

I forgive myself for accepting and allowing myself for having the attitude that I am invincible within my body.

I forgive myself for accepting and allowing myself for having resisted to adequately prepare myself prior to the beginning of a tree planting season.

I forgive myself for accepting and allowing myself for having always avoided any pre-season training for the physical activities that I engage within.

I forgive myself for accepting and allowing myself for having had the idea that I don't need to stretch because I am young.

I forgive myself for accepting and allowing myself for having created a belief that stretching before hockey wasn't cool and because I am young and strong I don't need to stretch.

I forgive myself for accepting and allowing myself for regarding myself as being like a bear where I go from extreme physical activity to virtually no physical activity and than back to extreme physical activity.  I forgive myself for accepting and allowing myself for not considering my body within stopping and starting extreme physical activity.

I forgive myself for accepting and allowing myself for resisting strength training exercises to enhance and prepare me for tree planting and skiing.

I forgive myself for accepting and allowing myself for neglecting to follow the summer workout training program that was provided for me when I was playing university hockey.

I forgive myself for accepting and allowing myself for creating the attitude that strength training for particular activities isn't for me because I don't think that is as fun as playing the activities and I would rather just play/do things that I think are fun.

I forgive myself for accepting and allowing myself for judging strength training as not fun.

I forgive myself for accepting and allowing myself for self-sabotaging myself within neglecting to strength training conditioning.

I commit myself to utilizing stretching and strength training as a point of physical body support.

I commit myself to regarding my physical body within physical activities.

I commit myself to take care of my physical body and adequately prepare my body for extreme physical activity.

I commit myself to listening to older people as a point of assistance and support.

I commit myself to sharing my realizations with younger people.

I commit myself to sharing my realizations with older people.

I commit myself to listen to my body

I commit myself to stop hibernating my body away from physical activity for weeks at a time.

I commit myself to supporting my body with regular physical exercise.

Day 502 Reality of Judgement

The point of judgement has come up a bunch recently. Earlier I was asking myself the question, "How much of my communication has been within and as a starting point of judgement?" I furthered questioned, "how it is I can speak without judgement ? " Just looking at these words I say here, I see how I look within my mind to form a judgement opinion about how it is I can define what it is I say, like how I can attach some sort of feeling or emotion onto what it is I see.

There were 2 stories in the news today about judgement. Not directly calling attention to the story being about the word "judgement' per se...but all about judgement. The first story being about the mayor of Toronto who admitted to having smoked crack cocaine.  The second story being about three Conservative Senators in Canada who were voted out of the Senate...suspended from the Senate actually.

There's been much buzz about both these stories lately in Canada....and so much of the talk is within the frame work of judgement...like judging the character persona's of the people in question in these particular stories.

What's the point in making judgement about someone's character ?

What gives anyone the right to cast judgment upon another ?

What gives me the right to cast judgement upon myself and or another ?

Would I really ever cast judgment upon myself or another if I realized and understood the self-limitation imposed within judgement.

How can our world cease to be a place of judgement when it seems that the very design of our system is based in judgement ?

Can the answer and solution be as simple as self-forgiveness ?

Can Life only be born from self-forgiveness ?

Is self-forgiveness the epitome of democracy ?

Am I judging judgement as like to cast the blame within judgement ?

Judgement is a word.

I see how the context of the word judgement can be portrayed as something bad or something good.  The word in the dictionary definition sense is conflicting with judgement as like being a point of good or a point of bad.  Does that mean any form a judgement is null an void as an act of deception?

Why am I questioning judgement ? It's like I want to believe that there is a best judgement...a form or righteous judgement that is not wrong but is always right...but does this righteous judgement conflict with what is regarded as always wrong?

I'm having difficulty with considering that everything is black or white.  Like it is or it is not.

What's best for all is what's best for all, anything else isn't it. When something is what it is, there's no judgement required...it simply is what it is.

I see how I have existed within shades of grey within points and bought into the idea that things can't always be so simple, like just black or white....that there are exceptions to the rule.

Why the fuck should there be any exceptions to the rules ?

Is that where my deception exposed here, in thinking and believing that there are exceptions to the rules and that things can't always be so simple as black and white?

Simplicity is easy.

Simplicity is clear and easy to understand.

The legal system as it is today is complex in it's design with so many laws and rules, and exceptions to the rules as like loop holes in a way, as like justifications to make it OK to cheat, manipulate and exploit that which would be best for all Life.

I forgive myself for accepting and allowing myself for believing that things can't always be so simple.

I forgive myself for accepting and allowing myself for believing that realms and degrees of judgment are justifiable because there is many shades of grey.

I forgive myself for accepting and allowing myself for making difficult out of seeing with clarity for real within accepting and allowing myself to delude myself within forming righteous judgments as my opinions based upon my feelings, like believing individuality comes from some sort of separation/cognitive dissonance from other beings here.

I forgive myself for accepting and allowing myself for relying on forming judgments within my mind.

I forgive myself for accepting and allowing myself to manipulate my well being within and as the automated formation of judgments within my mind consciousness.

I forgive myself for accepting and allowing myself for placing value in judgement as like my own little secrets within my mind.

I forgive myself for accepting and allowing myself believing that I am not acting upon my judgement if I don't regurgitate my judgement out loud.

I forgive myself for accepting and allowing myself for thinking that as long as I don't regurgitate my judgement out loud than I am safe and and good. I forgive myself for accepting and allowing myself for neglecting to tend to my every judgement...like just believing that my judgement will fade away without me having to take self responsibility for my every self-judgement.

I forgive myself for accepting and allowing myself for fearing judgement and at the same time believing I need judgement as a fear for survival protection mechanism.

I forgive myself for accepting and allowing myself for believing myself to need and not need judgement.

I forgive myself for accepting and allowing myself for wanting to think some more about judgments as like a way to try to put some sort of articulate judgement upon judgement within and as the veils of righteousness...as like dignifying myself as the righteous judgement as the one to make the ultimate judgement.

I forgive myself for accepting and allowing myself for wanting to believe in judgement as the choice and free will I have here.

I forgive myself for accepting and allowing myself for resisting to let go of judgement as the illusion and excuse and justification of free will.

I forgive myself for accepting and allowing myself for sabotaging free will within and as the spite of judgement.

I forgive myself for accepting and allowing myself for thinking I will be trapped if I let go of judgement and choice all together.

I forgive myself for accepting and allowing myself for believing that judgement is what keeps me from being enslaved while not realizing and understanding how I have been bond to my own judgement, not realizing and understanding the magnitude of judgement.

I forgive myself for accepting and allowing myself for wanting to make sense out of judgement as like a way for me to create a judgement about judgement that I can see as a just and right...as as to keep me within a pattern of cycling within self-judgement.

I forgive myself for imprisoning myself daily within making personal judgments.

I forgive myself for accepting and allowing myself for entertaining myself within judgement.

I forgive myself for accepting and allowing myself for liking the novelty of judgement as like believing judgement to be a point of freedom of expression....like it's my right to operate from a starting point of having particular opinions about things.

I forgive myself for accepting and allowing myself for being disillusioned within layers of internal judgement.

I forgive myself for accepting and allowing myself for fearing to trust myself in every moment.

I forgive myself for accepting and allowing myself for abdicating self-trust in favor of mind automated self-judgement.

I forgive myself for accepting and allowing myself for not considering or regarding the extent of consequence that exists as a result of all my judgement.

I forgive myself for accepting and allowing myself for desiring to be the ultimate judge as the one who gets the final say as like the ultimate judgement, the final ruling.

I forgive myself for accepting and allowing myself to be controlled and influenced by self-judgement.

I forgive myself for accepting and allowing myself to suppress myself expression as oneness and equality in favor of choosing judgement.

I forgive myself for accepting and allowing myself for flip flopping within realms of hypocrisy about the word judgement as like creating and making a positive energy charge about judgement and then making and negative energy charge about judgement and then kind of making a neutral charge about judgement where it either good or bad...but not really a clear winner or lose...just kind or like a grey area of fuckedness like the middle road in a way where it's like the ultimate deception in being conflicted at the cross roads so to speak...like a damned if I do and damned if I don't situation as a result of being at the source starting point of judgement.

When and as I see myself making a judgement within my mind,,,where the judgement just pops up within myself, I stop and breathe, I direct myself to look to my earliest memories with regards to this particular point of judgement,  I trace the origins of myself within and as this judgement pattern and I forgive myself for accepting and allowing myself for holding onto the patterned behaviour of judgment.

When and as I see myself about to engage in conversation of judgement, I stop and breathe, I direct myself without judgement, which means to speak as an expression here without conflict within myself as a point of sharing self expression from and as the starting point of the law of me being here as equality and oneness.

When and as I see reacting in judgement to another being, I stop and breathe, I am grateful to stop and breathe and see the disharmony within accepting and allowing the perpetuation of judgement.

When and as I see myself speaking words of doubt within myself, I stop and breathe, I forgive myself for accepting and allowing myself for doubting/fearing/judging myself here.

I commit myself to taking self-responsibility for self-judgement.

I commit myself for taking accountability for self-judgement.

I commit myself for desiring to exist within realms of judgement.

I commit myself to stop thirsting to speak words of judgement.

I commit myself to let go of fucking around with judgement.

I commit myself exposing the ridiculous absurdity of judgement.

I commit myself to moving out mind consciousness judgement automation and into self awareness physical expression.

Day 501 Cell Phone Obsession

So lately I've noticed how I have been in the habit of quite religiously checking my phone for messages and emails. Like often I would do this before I get going on a particular priority/task/obligation that I am about to begin focusing on. What I noticed within myself is that this meticulously checking of my phone for new information has come from within a starting point of distraction and interference.  Like, I've accepted and allowed myself to look for distractions from getting right into commitments.

I forgive myself for accepting and allowing myself for looking for distractions within my day.

I forgive myself for accepting and allowing myself for compromising my living daily priorities within the starting point of looking for distractions as possible escapes from daily priorities.

I forgive myself for accepting and allowing myself for thirsting for new information to distract me and keep me entertained for a moment as like a way for me to just put off physically moving myself within priorities/commitments.

I forgive myself for accepting and allowing myself for not realising and understanding how it is unnecessary for me to be meticulously checking my phone for updates, emails, and messages...that for the most part I am not missing out on anything and that by giving myself a specific allocation of time to check these things...I do not have to be constantly thinking about checking these things...and I see that I can be more effective in managing my time and priorities.

I forgive myself for accepting and allowing myself for fearing to miss out on the newest information.

I forgive myself for accepting and allowing myself for fearing consequence of not being up to date on the latest news and information.

I forgive myself for obsessing over receiving information.

I forgive myself for accepting and allowing myself for creating a habit out of constantly checking my phone throughout the day.

I forgive myself for accepting and allowing myself for judging myself for constantly checking my phone.

I forgive myself for accepting and allowing myself for desiring to receive new messages on my phone.

I forgive myself for accepting and allowing myself for not realising and understanding how much time I utilize within the day just kind of messing around on my phone, because I started looking at my phone from a a starting point of looking for a distraction/escape from getting started on a particular priority committed responsibility.

I forgive myself for accepting and allowing myself for compromising myself within daily living priorities.

I forgive myself for accepting and allowing myself for justifying resistances within myself.

When and as I see myself looking for a distraction/escape from a particular priority/obligation/responsibility/commitment, I stop and breathe, I physically move myself into action/participation into and as the point I resisted going into.  I commit myself to focusing on the task at hand. I realise and understand that the resistance that comes up is like a form of interference that is created in my mind and is not not valid reasoning for me to not participate within physical decision to perform specific task.

When and as I see myself thinking that I should just look at my phone before I begin something, I stop and breath, I direct myself to let go of the point of checking my phone before I begin doing something. I get started within the particular point of focused attention.  I realise and understand the practicality of focused attention.

When and as I see myself wondering if someone left a message, I stop and breathe, I stay focused on the physical task I am engaged within, I realise thoughts that just pop up in a moment within my mind are a distraction to my physical participation here, and that I do not jump on trains of thought.

When and as I experience myself desiring to check my phone, I stop and breathe, I realise this desire coming up within me as a point of distraction from what I am physically participating within in the moment, and that the phone point is an escape/distraction presented to me by my mind.

I commit myself to stop indulging in distractions/interference's within my mind.

I commit myself to stop meticulously checking my phone for messages.

I commit myself to stop using my phone as a point of escape/distraction for physical movement priorities/responsibilities/tasks/obligations.

I commit myself to staying focused within physical movement priorities.

I commit myself to stop looking to escape physical movement responsibilities/priorities within my day by entertaining thoughts of distraction/escape.

Day 500 Self-Righteous Authority

It's been so easy for me to talk a little bit of shit about another person. Like you know, just a little bit, whether it be to them directly or indirectly through a form of self talk or gossip with another.

This type of behaviour in any capacity in simply unacceptable.

I see how I have in many instances felt the need to say something from within the believed justification/reasoning as that I am "just being honest".  Just being honest ? What the fuck ?
Just being honest from the perspective of exposing myself within and as the self-righteous Authority character persona.

I've noticed how subtle I would be in talking shit in some particular moments.  Like there being so much disdain within myself, it's like I felt compelled to just sprinkle a little bit of diaper mouth here, a little bit of diaper mouth there, having no regard for the fact that I don't even like hearing and seeing diaper mouth behaviour.

I forgive myself for accepting and allowing myself for believing myself to be "just being honest" within talking shit about another being.

I forgive myself for accepting and allowing myself for not realizing and understanding the extent of self-righteous authority persona.

I forgive myself for accepting and allowing myself for letting self-righteous authority slide within my thoughts, as like just seeing and dismissing the separation forged and formed towards others within accepting and allowing myself to avoid/abdicate self responsibility in removing the accepted and allowed separation that exists within my mind consciousness system as a form of cognitive dissonance.

I forgive myself for accepting and allowing myself for for desiring to tell people things from the point of separation as like having an energetic movement within myself and wanting to jump into and as the character that is represented by the particular energy charge that the reaction represents.

I forgive myself for accepting and allowing myself for not realising and understanding the degrees of self-righteous authority within acting out any particular reaction....as like acting out any particular reaction is a point of self-righteous authority...as like being possessed within and as my accepted and allowed mind fuck.

I forgive myself for accepting and allowing myself for allowing myself to become dependent upon acting out various characters from within the realm starting point of self-righteous authority.

I forgive myself for accepting and allowing myself for fearing self-righteous authority.

I forgive myself for accepting and allowing myself for not realising and understanding how I have always been that which I fear most and that is the really irony within and as the process of self-forgiveness, self-realization and self-correction.

I forgive myself for accepting and allowing myself for having desired to tell people how fucked they are.

I forgive myself for accepting and allowing myself for believing that in telling someone how fucked they are, they will respond to me with immediate feedback of a transcendental self-realisation and an in the moment practical real time living change of character from that which is totally fucked to that which is the epitome of greatness as that which is best for all Life as an actual living character standing as an exampled expression of and what is best for all Life.

I forgive myself for accepting and allowing myself for wishing others to be that which I would like to see within myself....and within that I forgive myself for accepting and allowing myself for focusing upon others before myself.  I realize and understand that I can ever only see others as I see myself here.

I forgive myself for accepting and allowing myself dismissing the point of self-first within process of self-forgiveness and self- realisation and self correction....because of wanting to play some sorta savior Christ like character persona of feeling high and mighty within myself and reigning down upon another with and as my accepted and allowed self-righteous authority because I got a particular itch unexpectedly in a moment as a reaction that just came up within me that I am interpreting and perceiving to be a a form of attack the I will call blame as like me deflecting the apparent responsibility onto another.,,and there for believing that I must give them the ownership of fault and failure as like designating them as a fuck up.  I realise and understand that this type of behaviour is totally ridiculously absurd as it totally fucked up and that acting this out whether verbally aloud to another....or just within the mind as like a thought wheel....train of though kind of thing....is unacceptable.

When and as I see myself having a thought about how I see another person as this or that, I stop and breathe, I direct myself to forgive myself for that which I see about the particular person as a way to show myself that I can release the reigns of self-righteous authority.

I commit myself to stopping self-righteous authority.

I commit myself to realising and understanding that even the littlest subtle little bit of self-righteous authority is unacceptable.

When and as I see myself feeling the need to say something as like an energetic movement within myself as like an instability as having formed a momentary reaction to something in my environment, I stop and breathe, I direct myself in forgiving myself for the momentary reaction that created an energetic movement of instability within myself. I piece myself back together by utilizing this momentary energetic reaction within myself as a key to see a point of accepted and allowed separation within myself...so I use this point to release my accepted and allowed delusion, I look within myself to see the earliest memory connection to this point, and I forgive myself for creating the particular energetic charged relationship within myself, I commit myself to stopping and this pattern within myself. I see and realise the ridiculous absurdity of the point.  I realise and understand the practicality of self-correcting myself in the moment a point comes up.

When and as I see myself desiring to act out a particular character as a result of experiencing a momentary reaction within myself, I stop and breathe, I face the point of reaction, I identify the energy, I see the connection to earliest memories, I forgive myself for accepting and allowing myself for desiring to go into energy possession play out, I correct/remedy the situation in real time.

I commit myself to stop being a diaper mouth.

I forgive myself for accepting and allowing myself for being a diaper mouth.

I forgive myself for accepting and allowing myself for not realizing and understanding my own shit.

I commit myself to providing practical living support and assistance to facilitate the stopping and prevention of self righteous authority character persona participation's.

I commit myself to reflecting point of understanding back to myself as way to showcase myself as the point example and so that when I am communicating with another I am not making an example out of them by pointing the finger at them and saying your so this...I see and realize that within taking this approach I give individuals the opportunity to realize their own fuckedness and avoid the misfortune of cycling through an offense/defense reaction of me telling them what they are as opposed to enabling another to realize and understand what they are in fact accepting and allowing through placing myself as the living story/example/self-realisation.....I see and realize within this approach that it's like I am walking with a person through the point...like walking them to the door of understanding and realization and enabling them the opportunity to move through the door on their own as a point of self-responsibility and self direction as an individual labored process of self-accountability, self-integrity and self-dignity in facing self-reflection.

Day 499 Standing and Sitting Up Within Myself

So I noticed the point where many times I'm sitting down...and I'm slouching, like I don't really want to sit up right within myself...like sitting upright seems difficult almost, like more effort than I'd care to use. And I noticed recently how sometimes when I'm standing up, I'm like slouching within my stance, like leaning a lot of weight on one of my hips...and I was like what the fuck, it's like I'm not wanting to fully stand up within myself.

I can recall some early child hood memories where I regarded sitting up straight as something to be avoided...and also I can recall reacting to having to walk through the mall department store with my mom and being so bored and finding it difficult to move myself...like I would want to sit down all the time and I was leaning on things, and basically just kind of throwing myself around as like I was making the experience difficult on myself as like I didn't really want to stand up within myself and looking back at the whole experience I was making a big deal about nothing...I mean, it's like I was judging the situation I was in and thinking I would prefer to be standing in another situation as opposed to this one...and within that acceptance and allowance it's like I made standing up to be a difficult experience within myself.

I've also noticed throughout the years, I would often have trouble/difficulty standing still listening to some pep talk or speech or whatever where I was just required to stand still and listen for an extended amount of time....like I wasn't moving around because I had to listen to whatever was being presented to me....and it's like I judged it at some point...and the experience became difficult/tough...as like a holding myself up experience without wanting to really stand up within myself...but standing up.

I can recall so many times within hockey practices throughout the years where I would be leaning on the outside of my skates as like standing straight up on my skates seemed like a chore I was uninterested in.

I forgive myself for accepting and allowing myself for resisting to sit upright within myself.

I forgive myself for accepting and allowing myself for resisting to stand upright within myself.

I forgive myself for accepting and allowing myself for avoiding an upright posture within standing and sitting.

I forgive myself for accepting and allowing myself for losing myself in moments of sitting and standing still.

I forgive myself for accepting and allowing myself to kind of fall asleep within myself while sitting or standing still.

I forgive myself for accepting and allowing myself for believing myself to want to resist an upright posture within moments of standing or sitting still.

I forgive myself for accepting and allowing myself for thinking it is too much effort for me to sit and stand upright within myself.

I forgive myself for accepting and allowing myself for being lazy within standing and sitting.

I forgive myself for accepting and allowing myself for creating opposition within my stances.

I forgive myself for accepting and allowing myself for judging my and comparing my stances.

I forgive myself for accepting and allowing myself for judging and comparing myself in the moment and and comparing/placing myself in opposition with myself in and as another situation that I would prefer being in.

I forgive myself for accepting and allowing myself for not realising and understanding the consequences of opposing myself within myself.

I forgive myself for accepting and allowing myself for avoiding effort.

I forgive myself for accepting and allowing myself for resisting effort.

I forgive myself for accepting and allowing myself for judging effort.

I forgive myself for accepting and allowing myself for resisting to move around the shopping mall with my mom.

I forgive myself for accepting and allowing myself for resisting to sit upright in my chair at school or elsewhere.

I forgive myself for accepting and allowing myself for resisting to stand upright at work or sports practice.

I forgive myself for accepting and allowing myself for believing that I require to slouch most of the time.

I forgive myself for accepting and allowing myself for making a habit out of slouching.

I forgive myself for accepting and allowing myself for believing slouching to be better than being upright.

I forgive myself for accepting and allowing myself for slouching as a point of rebellion/opposition within myself.

I forgive myself for accepting and allowing myself for neglecting physical body awareness within slouching.

I forgive myself for accepting and allowing myself for neglecting self-awareness within slouching.

I forgive myself for accepting and allowing myself for neglecting body posture within slouching.

I forgive myself for accepting and allowing myself for judging myself for having been so lazy within myself with regards to my physical standing and sitting.

I commit myself to effort-full living

I commit myself to stop judging effort.

I commit myself to stop neglecting my posture.

I commit myself to physical body awareness within standing and sitting.

I commit myself to stop judging body positions.

I commit myself to stop opposing myself.

I commit myself to standing and sitting upright within myself.

I commit myself to enjoy standing and sitting upright within myself.

I commit myself to stand and sit upright at work/sports training practice/school

I commit myself to changing my relationship with sitting and standing still.

I commit myself to enjoy sitting and standing still.

I commit myself to become strong within sitting and standing still.

Day 498 Atlas Shrugged

I suggest watching the movie Atlas Shrugged, or Reading the book.

Many cool points are presented that align with Supporting a Living Income Guaranteed.

The book/movie will encourage the contemplation of why our shared reality is the way it is. The point is fantastically illustrated how fighting the system will not change the system. Fighting the "powers" that be is a great delusion.

The point of accountability and responsibility is illustrated. It is each individual here who is required to stand within and as the point of responsibility and accountability.

Reward for our efforts is encouraged.

If our labor/efforts are undermined than everyone suffers.

If the point of self-responsibility is disregarded our existence/Life is disregarded.

The movie illustrated the ridiculous absurdities of the blame game and abdication of self responsibility/accountability/dignity/integrity.

The point is illustrated how money is not in fact the root of all evil.....that money is just a tool...and we are the one's that determine how we use the tool. Obviously to use a tool effectively, awareness/foresight is required which is to see the consequences and implications of our actions, thereby preventing harm and suffering by standing within and as self-responsibility/accountability/integrity/dignity.

The point is illustrated how designing a legal system with excessive rules and regulations which act as like the mechanics of facilitating fraud/robbery/injustice is highly ineffective in all regards.

Fighting a person who doesn't understand what there doing is futile. The expression "resistance is futile" easy to see and realize within and as one moves through the book and or movie.

A cool quote within part 1 of the movie by a man who realizes the ridiculousness of arguing with someone who is fighting for limitation...this line is used in the midst of an elite social gathering where fake smiles and false appearances are the majority, "Happiness is the delusion of those who are superficial"

Day 497 Living Hypocrisy

I forgive myself for accepting and allowing myself for trying to hide from my accepted and allowed hypocrisy within self deflection methods of blame.

I commit myself to investigating all facets of Hypocrisy so that I stop all facets of Hypocrisy within myself and utilize prevention as the best cure as the way to insure Hypocrisy never exists again.
