This is an introductory post into what will be a series of writing's about myself in relationship to a most recent knee injury I have suffered.
A few points I would like to make note of here that will be focus topic areas of investigation:
Looking at the word Injury...and Inner Jury....and the Inner Journey required as self-reflection upon the build up of acceptances and allowances.
The vocabulary of the knee. There is much vocabulary about the knee that is somewhat foreign to me from the perspective of not being well versed in the specific words/parts of the Knee and Knee area.
Looking more closely at the functioning of the knee as a whole and as the make up of all the individual parts.
The Knee and Structural Resonance Alignment. What does the knee signify in relationship to the Mind...specifically the consequence of an accumulation of energy as Mind Consciousness Systems.
Healing my Knee with Self-forgiveness and Self-responsibility.
Note: I have looked at the structural resonance documents on more than one occasion and my self-forgiveness will be supported directly by the support and assistance I have received within reading the documents. See the link here for specific document in regards to the knee.
I will begin here at the end and work with the beginning in taking care of all points of consideration that require attention. Beginning with a general opening of self-forgiveness as the initial support and assistance recognition to allow the aid in and as my self-corrective process.
I forgive myself for accepting and allowing myself for not realizing and understanding the "inner jury" within and as an Injury.
I forgive myself for accepting and allowing myself for not realizing and understanding the consequences of unnecessary physical body suffering as a result of accumulated memories within myself from the starting point of feelings and or emotions.
I forgive myself for accepting and allowing myself for disregarding the impact of holding onto the memories of the past within my body with the particular charges of emotion and or feeling.
I forgive myself for accepting and allowing myself for nor realizing and understanding how in fact memories can in fact crystallize in the body as an accumulation of accepted and allowed energetic possession that kind of like leaches off of the physical body.
I forgive myself for accepting and allowing myself for taking the value of my knee for granted.
I forgive myself for accepting and allowing myself for taking the totality of my physical body for granted.
I forgive myself for accepting and allowing myself for getting to a point of regard as a result of unfortunate consequence.

I forgive myself for accepting and allowing myself to abuse my physical body.
I forgive myself for accepting and allowing myself for disregarding all the parts of my knee and how all the parts of my knee relate to all the rest of the parts of my physical body.
I forgive myself for accepting and allowing myself for being inconsiderate and believing myself to have too many physical body parts to be able to in fact regard and consider all my parts.
I forgive myself for accepting and allowing myself for having thought about regarding all my body parts from the perspective of getting to know all the names of the physical body parts...but to within this regard, have a reaction of doubt and of the thought/thinking that it is not possible for me to get familiar with the vocabulary of all my body parts...or that it's not practical....even if I would like to know all the vocabulary of which I am made of. I forgive myself for accepting and allowing myself for believing that it is just too difficult for me to be aware of all my body parts. I forgive myself for accepting and allowing myself for dismissing making the effort to get to know all my body parts because there is so many body parts I have taken for granted within myself.
I forgive myself for accepting and allowing myself for taking the physical body for granted.
I forgive myself for accepting and allowing myself for believing that my physical body is just to complicated to really know and understand absolutely.
I forgive myself for accepting and allowing myself for making excuses as to why it is not likely that I can know and understand myself completely here.
I forgive myself for accepting and allowing myself to be impaired by vocabulary.
I forgive myself for accepting and allowing myself for resisting the patients required to integrate and develop vocabulary that I am not familiar with.
I forgive myself for accepting and allowing myself to not really know and understand myself/physical body.
I forgive myself for accepting and allowing myself for having the idea and attitude that it's just kind of impossible to really know and understand everything about the human physical body.
I forgive myself for accepting and allowing myself for justifying and distracting myself with excuses as to why I do not need to work as much as I am able to on a daily basis in getting to know my physical body.
I forgive myself for accepting and allowing myself for neglecting daily regard, appreciation, gratitude and consideration for my physical body.l
I forgive myself for accepting and allowing myself for fearing to specifically know and understand the totality of my physical body.
I forgive myself for accepting and allowing myself for fearing the self-intimacy required in actually getting to know my whole physical body.
I forgive myself for accepting and allowing myself for creating conflict with my body as a result of how I am participating within my mind.
I forgive myself for accepting and allowing myself to mistreat my body as a result of not taking self-responsibility for my mind.
I forgive myself for accepting and allowing myself for not taking self-responsibility for my body with the support and assistance of my mind.
I forgive myself for accepting and allowing myself to mistreat my mind as a result of not taking self-responsibility for my body.
I forgive myself for accepting and allowing myself to disregard myself with a mind and body that require regard and consideration equal and one as what is best for all Life.
I forgive myself for accepting and allowing myself for not realizing and understanding what regard and consideration for Everything as Oneness and Equality in fact means.
I forgive myself for accepting and allowing myself for disregarding the physicality of words.
I forgive myself for accepting and allowing myself for resisting to self-correct my misuse of words.
I forgive myself for accepting and allowing myself for not realizing and understanding the physical self-direction as living actions within as the words as sound here.
I forgive myself for accepting and allowing myself for having conflict within belief about what is possible within and as the Living Words Here.
I forgive myself for accepting and allowing myself for polarizing potential with disbelief, as like making sense out of non sense.
I forgive myself for accepting and allowing myself for not realizing and understanding the irrationality within arguing/disagreeing with myself here.
I forgive myself for accepting and allowing myself for not realizing and understanding the impact of having even just one point out of physical alignment as Oneness and Equality.
I forgive myself for accepting and allowing myself for not realizing and understanding how consequences are perpetuated as the fear of more consequences existing.
I forgive myself for accepting and allowing myself for creating hardship for myself here.
I forgive myself for accepting and allowing myself for being negligently unaware and dare I say oblivious to the stress and strain I have done onto my physical body.
I forgive myself for accepting and allowing myself for struggling with the living of specific regard.
I forgive myself for accepting and allowing myself for disregarding things within being lazy as like not wanting to live the patience required to investigate the detailed specifics of a point.
I forgive myself for accepting and allowing myself for glossing over specific points.
I forgive myself for accepting and allowing myself for having a prefference for generalizing information as opposed to being specialized in detail as like really specific with information.
I forgive myself for accepting and allowing myself for thinking that it is better to be more specific with information than it is to be less specific with information.
I forgive myself for accepting and allowing myself to compare and contrast the point of generalizing information.
I forgive myself for accepting and allowing myself for resisting the patience required to see the detailed specifics of all things here.
I forgive myself for accepting and allowing myself for glossing over the detailed specifics with regards to the specialized vocabulary about the knee parts in and around the knee as that which contributes to the knee existing here as the knee.
I forgive myself for accepting and allowing myself for being lazy with language.
I forgive myself for accepting and allowing myself for believing that I do not require to be a specialized authority of words as the authority of knowing myself here because there exists so many different kind of doctors that specialize in different sections/parts/areas of expertise...and since most people are not master specialists of themselves as like know it alls....why should I be one?
I forgive myself for accepting and allowing myself for dismissing self-responsibility for myself here as the physical authority of myself here. I forgive myself for justifying a lack of accountability for self-actualization of myself here. I forgive myself for accepting and allowing myself for making sense of not taking self-responsibility for the authority of knowing myself here because there exists so many different kinds of specialists here.
I forgive myself for accepting and allowing myself for thinking that I am not required to be an authority here because there already exists so many different types of authority figures here.
I forgive myself for accepting and allowing myself for having created an idea of myself as being anti-authority....and I forgive myself for not realizing and understanding the absurd ridiculousness of such a notion as like creating a fight with myself internally that is perceived externally within other types of authority here.
I forgive myself for accepting and allowing myself for dismissing the practical possibilities of self-actualization as self-authorization here. Meaning, that self-responsibility is a knowing how to physically direction one self here as all as equals.
I forgive myself for accepting and allowing myself to not realize and understand the complications that are created within and as the acceptance and allowance of inequality..,,and that accountability and consideration is much easier to process from the starting point of equality and oneness together here as what is best for all Life.
I forgive myself for accepting and allowing myself for resisting to write myself free everyday.
I forgive myself for accepting and allowing myself for disregarding the consequences of passing up even just one opportunity to write.
I forgive myself for accepting and allowing myself for not realizing and understanding the motivation within and as self-forgiveness from and as the perspective of fostering and facilitating the development of new growth...as like creating something that wasnt here before....as like a new opportunity is born.
I am engaging myself in a 7 year journey to Nothingness. Meaning I am writing myself here...all the way through my mind, birthing my Life Potential within and as my physical body and Being Here. I re-structure myself within and as words. I am sharing my process of self-forgiveness, self-corrective statements and self-realizations as I walk my journey to life. Cheers and Enjoy.

Day 613 Self-Forgiving a New Beginning
Continuing from my previous post Day 612 Beginning a New Day

I forgive myself for accepting and allowing myself for resisting to make sure when and as I go to sleep at night, I take the time to assess my day within and as how I participated, specifically investigating any trigger points as emotions/thoughts/feelings that came up that were not directed in the moment.
I commit myself to assessing my day before going to sleep as a point of self-responsibility in insuring my future well being...I see/realize/understand this to be a point in making sure I start my new day with a clean fresh start.
I commit myself to preparing my new new today with a clean fresh start.
I forgive myself for accepting and allowing myself for carrying around dead weight as like the baggage of my previous days thoughts/feelings/emotions as like unresolved points of energetic conflict that exist within myself.
I forgive myself for accepting and allowing myself for not realizing and understanding the amount of time I have wasted within mind as a result of indulging within whatever comes up within my mind as like just kind of going into the vortex of my mind without and specific practical self-directive application to facilitate self-corrective applications.
I commit myself to specifically applying self-forgiveness and self-corrective applications when and as I go into the depths of my mind to investigate my memories.
I commit myself to taking self-responsibility for my memories.
I forgive myself for accepting and allowing myself for wallowing within my memories.
When and as I see myself wallowing within my memories as like a point of self-indulgence and neglect and resistance to really taking self-responsibility in moving myself within and as the point of self-forgiveness, I stop and breathe, I say, "I am here"...I forgive myself in relationship to the point in question in which I see/realize/understand that I separated myself from. I commit myself to prevention as the best cure...and within this I see/realize/understand the practical living self-responsibility in re-scripting scenarios for when and as I am faced with a specific point...I have a structured platform of support outlined to assist and support me in stopping participation within and as a point of self-sabotage/self-suppression.
I forgive myself for accepting and allowing myself for carrying dead weight around within and as the justification that it is necessary to hold onto thoughts/feelings/emotions about the past as specific memories that playout within my mind over and over again. I see/realize and understand the practical living assistance and support in self-forgiving myself the thoughts/feelings/emotions that replay within my mind. I see/realize and understand how the thought/feeling and emotions that replay within my mind are reflecting to me the point of self-responsibility I require to enact for myself...as I see/realize/understand that thoughts/feelings/emotions that replay within my mind reveal to me where I have in fact abdicated my practical living self-responsibility. I commit myself to practical living self-responsibility.
I forgive myself for accepting and allowing myself for logically reasoning and justifying that I have a few minutes to spare/burn/kill and therefore I can indulge within my mind as like a form of entertainment as like a daydreaming/tripping in my mind.
I forgive myself for accepting and allowing myself for not regarding the physical body consequences for drifting off within my mind as like a form of entertainment and distraction from and as practical living physical self-responsibilities.
I forgive myself for accepting and allowing myself to plan out my escape from practical living physical self-responsibilities within justifying that I have a few minutes to spare/burn/kill within indulging within the depths of my mind as a like form entertainment and distraction from and as my immediate participation within physical reality.
When and as I see myself deciding to drift off within my mind, I stop and breathe, I say, "I am here" I direct myself in facing the point of avoidance by looking at and seeing what I was in fact attempting to avoid, I take self-responsibility for my acceptances and allowances, I forgive myself for accepting and allowing myself for separating myself from myself, I self-correct my manifested separation by re-structuring my behaviour programming from within and as the starting point of prevention is the best cure. I commit myself to and as self-perfection.

Day 554 What's In a Name?
Today I woke up this morning speaking the name of a person I had not considered nor regarded in almost 20 years. I looked at the name and the memory attachments as the particular energy associations I had charged towards the name. What I saw was quite shameful. The name relates to a hockey goalie...a dude who was the goalie on a hockey team I played on more than 15 years ago. What was so shameful that comes up within looking at what existed within this name....was my particular regard for this being. How I had no real regard for this being. I valued this being based on his ability of inability to stop a hockey puck from going into a hockey net. It's extremely shameful to see how I projected much blame upon him for failing to stop a puck from going into the net. Also, a point of shame that came up was how I regarded the team as mine...like because I was the captain/the leader of the team...like I was the big celebrity...most popular player...because I was the captain...and within this...seeing how I was so disillusioned within believing myself to be great and more than my peers/teammates...like to such an extent where I would deflect responsibility away from myself and cast it upon another as burden to carry as a result of my abdication in standing strong together in shouldering the responsibility of consequences together. The point also came up within looking at how I accepted such disregard for a fellow teammate/being was in seeing how my Father encouraged me in deflecting responsibility and talking shit. I can recall many instances where he would just say how terrible another player was...going on and on about the fuckup/mistake/error they made in the game...and how it was that particular player's fault for the game being lost. It's interesting to see just how absurdly ridiculous blame is in fact. I mean, like take for instance a hockey game...and to blame a loss on one particular player...and one particular play...like it's so lame...it's so beyond common sense and logical reasoning of doing basic mathematics when you regard all contributing players to any given play. Like to make one play all about only one person is just so crazy ridiculous.
In my previous blog, I ended with the question, "what are my precious most sacredly valued relationships that exist within myself?"
I see how the point of 'What's in a name?' gives insight and perspective to the initial question.
The question comes up within myself: "If everything exists within myself, how is it that I can have my precious most sacredly valued relationships that exist within myself?"
The reality of the situation is self-dishonesty/self-deception...not realizing and understanding the actuality of Oneness and Equality. A cognitive dissonance. A polarized/distorted view of myself. Fragmentalization.
I see here how my precious most sacredly valued relationships that exist within myself are within me as my mind as ego...as like the positive/negative energetic word attachment associations I carry within myself as the programmed nature that shapes and perpetuates a cognitive dissonance...polarized/distorted view of myself...as like a justified abuser of Life looking to be the winner at the expense of creating/becoming the loser.War/conflict...discrepancy. Division.
