Day 743 - The Irony of Effort

It's interesting how we make something to be particularly effort-full in our mind...like the way the relationships have taking shape...things become a regular regulating the state of flux that is taking place within ourselves as a sort of emotion and feeling disposition.  What's fascinating I have found within learning and incorporating a new skill or ingraining a new pattern...is that the experience doesn't have to be so effort-full from the perspective of making the effort to try so hard...as like within the mind being over thinking...and exerting oneself within a point of stress because of the emotion and feeling one has created in relationship to and as the point.

Does a child create such an effort-full relationship to learning a new language....or does an adult typically place  more emphasis on the try hard effort...more likely the adult...whereas the child is just more effortlessly absorbing the material in many cases because they are at total ease within working out the point...they are literally playing within the point.

What I have noticed is that playing is key in process.

There is a definite seriousness to playfulness.

One cannot work effectively well for a consistently long amount of time with a strong stamina to have excellent output performance if One isn't at ease within and as the work/play.

Isn't it fascinating that we often take this approach to stress even within our recreational activities?

Like for instance Golf:

The golf swing takes about 2 seconds to complete.  There has been soooo much information published about it.  Most golfers or people who have ever played golf....really really struggle with the game. The interesting thing about this...is a correlation to much effort...as like a point over exertion....and increased tension due to the mind chatter within the body while attempting to move through the swing.

The golf analogy is something i will open up more in blogs to come...this is somewhat of a teaser as to what is to come.

Stay tuned, Much to look at here:

Some key words of examination will be: Tension, Strain, Effort, Agreement, Logic, Emotion, Feeling, Golf, Irony, CoIncidences

Day 569 Self-Corrective Investigation Continues

When and as I see myself trying to do something from a starting point of emotion/feeling, I stop and breathe, I examine my starting point, I realize and understand that relying on a feeling or an emotion to determine my movement is like so limiting and in fact a point of self-suppression of potential self-expression. I commit myself to developing and enhancing my self-expression within making the decision to move myself without the energeticimpulse of reactionary energy as emotion/feeling.

When and as I see myself talking myself out of participating within a particular task as like giving attention to a self-automated self-talk that just kind of pops up in my head as the reasoned justifications and excuses to give me the necessary validated excuse and reasoning to dropout of action on a particular point of potential action, I stop and breathe, I commit myself to physical action within and as the point of participation on the point that my mind is manifesting resistance towards. I realize and understand the effectiveness of utilizing the resistance that comes up in my mind as my road map to physical self-expression here. I commit myself to transcending all points of self-imposed resistance. I commit myself to preventing talking myself out of participating within a particular task that would be cool assistance and support for myself to participate within here.

When and as I see myself faced with the choice to stick to my self-commitment or not, I stop and breathe, I realize and understand that this is a dangerous cross roads to be at because it's the middle road of ultimatedeception where there exists the freedom to be self-honest or self-dishonest. I realize and understand how stupid it is to justify being dumb within perpetuating the choice of self-dishonesty. I commit myself to preventing myself from making the choice to be self-dishonest. I commit myself to stop mind fucking myself within the delusion of choice as to be self-honest or self-dishonest.

When and as I see myself looking to be impulsed by a feeling/emotion/thought to guide my decision/choice/movement, I stop and breathe, I see here that I am the decision/choice/movement/question/answer/solution, I see that I can step out of doubt and move myself about with and as self-trust here. I realize and understand self-trust goes hand in hand with my self-honesty here. I commit myself to self-trust and self-honesty here. I commit myself to moving myself about without doubt as the self-expression responsibility of self-trust and self-honesty.

I commit myself to the decision making process.

I commit myself to effectiveness within making decisions that are best for all Life.

I commit myself to making practical living decisions as a result of being able to effectively and efficiently do the accounting within making a decision.

When and as I see myself thinking about neglecting a point of self-responsibility, I stop and breathe, I realize the resistance coming up within myself as a point of backchat and I understand and realize my ability to effectively push through this resistance. I realize and understand how this resistance that I am faced with can be a point of support for myself to use a point of self-movement in moving beyond my self-imposed energetic restraints. I commit myself and dedicate myself to moving beyond energetic restraints. I commit myself to self-responsible practical living. I commit myself to prevent myself from neglecting self-responsibility.

Day 486 Fitness Training

Fitness training is a point I'd like to open up in writing. I like physical activity, yet the idea of training to improve performance within specific physical activities/sports has always been a huge point of resistance for me.  I'd like to start with some self-forgiveness in regards to fitness training.

I forgive myself for accepting and allowing myself for judging fitness training as not enjoyable work.

I forgive myself for accepting and allowing myself for judging and comparing fitness training as less than the sports/activities I enjoy participating within.

I forgive myself for accepting and allowing myself for resisting to develop and strengthen my physical body with fitness training exercises.

I forgive myself for accepting and allowing myself for thinking about fitness training as being valid support for myself but then justifying and excusing myself from participating within the point.

I forgive myself for accepting and allowing myself for neglecting to give myself the physical body support within fitness training.

I forgive myself for accepting and allowing myself for neglecting to develop my physical body strength and conditioning.

I forgive myself for accepting and allowing myself for not realizing and understanding how I have been dishonest with myself within deliberately avoiding and waiting to giving my body physical attention in strengthening my muscles.

I forgive myself for accepting and allowing myself for resisting the labor involved in physically developing my body through fitness training as a point of support and assistance for  my well being here.

I forgive myself for accepting and allowing myself for lacking the discipline and commitment to physical body nourishment and support through regular fitness training exercises.

I forgive myself for accepting and allowing myself for spiting my physical body within neglecting to utilize daily physical exercises as a point of enjoyment/support/self-expansion/awareness/learning development.

I forgive myself for accepting and allowing myself for making excuses as to how I will implement fitness training exercises later.

I forgive myself for accepting and allowing myself for compromising my best athletic performances by neglecting to give any attention to training exercises that will assist me with optimum performances, as like enabling myself to express myself at my potential.

I forgive myself for accepting and allowing myself for resisting my physical body potential

I commit myself to strengthening my physical body.

I commit myself to utilizing specific training exercises as a platform of support and assistance for my physical well being here.

I commit myself to fitness training as point of caring for my body and taking self-responsibility to prevent injury within specific sports/activities by adopting fitness training into my life as a practical living point of support.

When and as I see myself making excuses to dismiss scheduled fitness training, I stop and breathe, I realise and understand that fitness training is a point I would like to expand and grow within myself as a point of self-mastery.

I commit myself to practical living physical fitness.

I commit myself to playing within the point of physical fitness.

I commit myself to self-discipline within fitness training.

Day 472 Craving a Cigarette

This evening I was out for a walk and I was craving a cigarette.  I walked towards a store 2 different time...the second time closer to the store than I did the first time. I saw the point how earlier in the day I had thought about how smoking a cigarette would be nice...and I had recently noticed people smoking and really enjoyed the smell of the cigarettes. I had a few more thoughts about the people I saw smoking, and I had created a few projection of myself smoking a cigarette and enjoying it. I realised I was experiencing an energetic possession within my mind towards having a cigarette.  I realised and understood how I could forgive myself for holding onto this craving as like a desire for the cigarette.  I saw how I initially did not want to let go of this energy I was experiencing...like I wanted to fulfill the prophecy of this energetic possession by having a cigarette.  I breathed and made the decision to walk away from the store where I could have bought cigarettes.

I forgive myself for accepting and allowing myself for entertaining an energetic possession within my mind...as like allowing myself to feel stuck within the energetic possession...as the feeling like there is no possible way to direct myself within it the experience because the feelings/craving is the feeling/craving.

I forgive myself for accepting and allowing myself for thinking fuck it, I should just have a cigarette and deal with any possible consequences by having a cigarette as a point of giving into the craving I was experiencing.

I forgive myself for accepting and allowing myself for entertaining reasoning as forms of backchat reactions that came up within my mind as ways for me to justify myself in acting out giving into the temptation of having a cigarette.

I forgive myself for accepting and allowing myself for fearing giving up on my commitment I made to myself to stop smoking cigarettes.

I forgive myself for accepting and allowing myself for fearing to disappoint myself within thinking about giving into the temptation of having a cigarette.

I forgive myself for accepting and allowing myself for feeling like I am missing out by not smoking cigarettes as a habit/treat.

I forgive myself for accepting and allowing myself for moving around within uncertainty by allowing myself to stew within the point of energetic possession about going to buy cigarettes.

I realise and understand the absurd ridiculousness of my actions for several minutes within pacing around, entertaining the idea of indulging within a point of craving about having a cigarette...and assessing all the reasons that were coming up in my mind as why I should have a cigarette.

I realise and understand the ridiculousness of logical manipulation as a point of justification to validate an energetic possession.

When and as I see myself experiencing and energetic possession about having a cigarette, I stop and breathe, I realise and understand that I am in the process of removing all energetic possessions from within my mind, so that nothing moves within my mind, and my mind remains as darkness...and that every point that surfaces within my mind as a point of energetic possession can in fact be utilized by me as a tool of support to see what it is I have been accepted and allowing within myself that needs to be corrected and forgiven.

I forgive myself for accepting and allowing myself for reacting to the people I saw smoking cigarettes.

I forgive myself for accepting and allowing myself for reacting to the smell of cigarettes and thinking that I must have a cigarette, that I need one.

I forgive myself for accepting and allowing myself for thinking about how Life would be so much better if I had cigarettes at my disposal.

I forgive myself for accepting and allowing myself for thinking about how I miss smoking cigarettes.

I forgive myself for accepting and allowing myself for getting emotional about cigarettes as like a long lost love.

I commit myself to myself commitments.

I commit myself in honoring my decisions.

I commit myself to being practical in my decisions/commitments.

I commit myself letting go of cravings as energetic possessions within myself.

I commit myself to utilizing this cigarette craving experience as a point of support for me in my process as a point of showing myself how easily I am able to direct myself through a point of energetic possession within my mind as the will I am, as what's best for Life.

I commit myself to the will I am as what's best for Life.
